Crazy About Caves

An Introduction to the Wonderful World of Caves

Students will learn about caves and underground worlds of passages and chambers decorated with fantastic formations, grown over thousands of years. This session captivates the curious as we delve deep underground and begin to explore the Marble Arch Caves. A number of cave challenges await students as they take on the role of a caver and encounter different scenarios on their subterranean journey. Sessions are designed with fun activities and engaging content to complement areas of the primary curriculum and can also be used an introductory or follow-up programme for schools visiting the Marble Arch Caves on field trips.
