Tourism NI’s Make It Here campaign is shining a spotlight on Northern Ireland’s vibrant tourism and hospitality industry, celebrating the people and places that make it thrive.
As part of this initiative, the Marble Arch Caves and our very own Cave Tour Guide, Victor McManus, have taken center stage in showcasing the unique experiences offered within County Fermanagh.
The Marble Arch Caves, one of Northern Ireland’s most iconic attractions, are a flagship site in the Cuilcagh Lakelands UNESCO Global Geopark. Celebrating 40 years of operation in 2025, the Marble Arch Caves have drawn visitors from across the globe to explore their natural beauty, fascinating geology, and 330-million-year history.
Victor McManus, a local resident from Boho, has been featured in the Make It Here campaign for his remarkable role in sharing the show cave with the world. Transitioning from a successful career in the motor industry, Victor now finds immense fulfilment as a Cave Tour Guide, delivering tours that leave a lasting impression on visitors. His passion for the caves and for County Fermanagh shines through in his work, which also includes driving the underground boats, ensuring visitor safety, and conserving this natural wonder.
