What To Bring
You will need to bring along a yoga mat, the temperature in the cave is around 9 degrees so please dress for your temperature comfort level- socks, and a jumper or similar. We suggest you bring a hand towel (you may experience a few drops of water from the cave ceiling) and a warm drink in a flask with you. Please bring a blanket for the relaxation element at the end of the session.
Please note that we will walk down 154 steps to enter the cave, so runners/flat shoes are suggested. You may choose to be barefoot/socks or use yoga shoes once on your mat.
