  Step aboard  Island Discovery, a fully electric and solar-powered passenger boat, and experience Enniskillen, the only island town in Ireland, from a truly unique floating venue.  This eco-friendly boat offers a relaxing and scenic cruise along the beautiful waters of Lough Erne.   Times: April, May, June, September – Tours Monday, Thursday- Sunday at 1pm & 3pm
  July and August – Tours daily at 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm
  Accessibility: Suitable for all ages. The boat is fully accessible for all.
  Capacity: Max 12 per tour
  Clothing Required: Bring a coat for before boarding, as the boat has a roof, and wear flat shoes for walking on the jetty.
  Toilets: There are no toilets on board, but public toilets are available at Enniskillen Castle Museums, next to our departure point.

  Step into an underground labyrinth and follow the Owenbrean River, where rushing waters gurgle and vanish into the darkness. Awaken your senses as you smell, hear, and feel this living, breathing cave.

  Trace the Yorkshire Ramblers’ 1935 exploratory route, passing hidden tunnels, still pools, delicate formations, and stunning water reflections.

  Sculpted over hundreds of thousands of years, this natural show cave reveals a spectacular underground world shaped by water carving through limestone. If the short cave boat journey is running on your visit, you’ll receive a complimentary upgrade to include it in your guided cave tour.

  Ticket Information

  • Ticket grants access to both the Marble Arch Caves Guided Cave Tour and the Erne Water Taxi Island Discovery Tour.
  • When you purchase the Caves to Cruise Combo ticket, it includes two attractions, tickets are open tickets for the 2025 season.
  • On purchasing the Caves to Cruise combo ticket you will be prompted to book your Guided Cave Tour ticket online.  A member of Erne Water Taxi will contact you by telephone to take your booking with them—please allow up to 24 hours for them to get in touch from the date you purchase the combo ticket.

  
  Accessibility

  • Suitable for all ages.
  • 16 year olds and under are required to be accompanied by an adult.
  • The Island Discovery Tour is access for all however the Guided Cave Tour is not accessible for wheelchair users. The Marble Arch Caves offer a Virtual Reality Cave Explorer Experience which is access for all.
  • Families with young children are welcome to use front carriers in the show cave; however, prams and back carriers are not permitted due to safety and access restrictions.
• Travelling Between Attractions

  The Marble Arch Caves are located 12 miles (20 – 30 minutes) from the Erne Water Taxi: Island Discovery Tour. The Erne Water Taxi is located in Enniskillen town, you park at Enniskillen Castle Museums and (Click Here) follow the path to the lough shore jetty area.

  Both the car park at Marble Arch Caves and Enniskillen Castle Museums offer free parking. Additionally, Marble Arch Caves provides an EV charging point.
