- The capacity of a guided cave tour is 21 people.
- Temperatures underground remain a constant 9–10°C, so warm clothing is recommended.
- The tour route includes 1.1 miles/1.7 km of concrete paths, stepped sections, and handrails for accessibility.
- The lighting guides your way through the show cave, highlighting its natural features and delicate formations.
- There are 154 steps to enter/exit the show cave.

Cuilcagh Boardwalk Trail
The Cuilcagh Boardwalk Trail, known as the Stairway to Heaven, offers a unique walk through one of Ireland’s most pristine blanket bogs. Designated as a RAMSAR site, Special Area of Conservation (SAC), and part of the Cuilcagh Lakelands UNESCO Global Geopark, this protected landscape showcases rare habitats and biodiversity. The trail ascends through the heart of Cuilcagh Mountain, culminating in panoramic views over the Fermanagh lowlands.

- Gradient: The trail gradually ascends before reaching the steep staircase section leading to the summit plateau.
- Accessibility: The trail is moderate in difficulty, featuring a gravel track and boardwalk. The final section includes steep steps to the viewing platform, which may not be suitable for all visitors.
