Junior Rangers Learn Life-Saving Skills – With a Little Help from Dr. Teddy McStuffins!
Last weekend, our Spring Junior Ranger session brought a unique twist to first aid training at the Marble Arch Caves – with teddies taking centre stage!
Our enthusiastic young rangers took part in an exciting and educational adventure, learning essential first aid skills with the help of their fluffy friends. Under the guidance of the ever-reliable Dr. Teddy McStuffins and his team of teddy bear nurses, the Junior Rangers practiced applying bandages and plasters, and even learned how to perform CPR – all on their brave teddy bear patients.
The fun didn’t stop there! Deep inside the show cave, the children got hands-on experience using a real stretcher as they discovered how to safely move patients in an emergency situation – a truly unforgettable experience in a very unique setting.
This playful yet practical session helped build the children’s confidence in dealing with minor injuries and understanding the importance of staying calm and helping others. We’re incredibly proud of all our Junior Rangers for their enthusiasm, teamwork, and excellent teddy care!
Stay tuned for details of our next Junior Ranger adventure – you never know what you’ll discover deep underground!
