Over the weekend of 7th September, the historic Enniskillen Castle came alive with the vibrant energy of Fermanagh’s very first Pride celebration, and we were thrilled to be part of the festivities! The Marble Arch Caves team had a fantastic station set up to welcome visitors, and it was truly a day to remember.
The family-friendly festival offered a packed day of entertainment, with live music, performers, and bustling market stalls creating a wonderful atmosphere of joy and inclusivity. Visitors of all ages gathered to celebrate Fermanagh’s Pride with an outpouring of community spirit.
At our Marble Arch Caves station, the friendly faces of Victor and Paraic greeted passers-by, sharing stories about the wonders of the caves and connecting with festival-goers. The real highlight of our stand was the Virtual Reality Cave Explorer Experience—an exciting opportunity for people to explore the Marble Arch Caves in a new and immersive way. It was a hit with visitors of all ages, with many marvelling at the virtual beauty of the caves.
We also took the chance to spread the word about some exciting upcoming events at the Marble Arch Caves, and we were delighted with the interest and enthusiasm from everyone who stopped by.
