Our friends at the Speleological Union of Ireland with partners CatchmentCARE have planned an event over the weekend of Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 June.
They will work with local groups and people to remove dumped waste from the entrance of Pollnagossan Cave and its local catchment, which is located near to the Cavan Burren Park just outside Blacklion in County Cavan.
Registration of interest is required for this event- please follow the Book Now icon below to register your interest on the form. Please note that numbers at the cave entrance will be limited due to COVID restrictions, if there are excess participants we may look at clean-up of other nearby caves.
This event is run by the Speleological Union of Ireland and Catchments Care and funded by SEPUB. As part of the celebrations of International Year of Caves and Karst the Marble Arch Caves are advertising this event on behalf of the Speleological Union of Ireland.
