Unearth the Treasures of Our Limestone Landscapes this February!
The Cave Crew of the Marble Arch Care are excited to host an exciting above-ground activity with local schools this year exploring the rich heritage of Killykeeghan National Nature Reserve (ASSI) as part of our contribution to this years Northern Ireland Science Festival. Students will delve into the local human history and heritage of this hidden gem nestled within the landscape of County Fermanagh. They will uncover the treasures of the fascinating geology, stunning landforms and the unique biodiversity of this special place through an exciting new interactive guided trail.
Equipped with an activity booklet and accompanied by a knowledgeable Marble Arch Caves guide, students will explore the area collecting information, pictures and videos of points of interest in order to build their own mini case study of this unique site so close to home.
