Our friends at the Speleological Union of Ireland with partners CatchmentCARE have planned a live talk.
Topic live talk:
This educational evening will give local groups and people a brief overview of the karst landscape of the Fermanagh and Cavan border region, detailing the flow of water through the limestone and caves of the area and the risks posed to local water quality by pollution and dumping in caves. This is part of a project where the Speleological Union of Ireland and CatchmentCare have planned a number of cave and karst clean-ups with funding provided by SEPUB.
Guest Speakers: Dr Les Brown and Conor Winchcombe
This event is run by the Speleological Union of Ireland and Catchments Care and funded by SEPUB. As part of the celebrations of International Year of Caves and Karst the Marble Arch Caves are advertising this event on behalf of the Speleological Union of Ireland.
